Edmonton International Airport is pleased to offer airport visitors and airport staff use of a non-denominational, inter-faith chapel. The chapel is located at the south end of the terminal on Arrivals Level.
Volunteer airport chaplain
Did you know that Edmonton International Airport has its very own airport chaplain? Salvation Army chaplain Andy Kwak, one of our Volunteer Airport Ambassadors (VAAs), volunteers his services to be on-call to respond to airport staff, volunteers, and airport visitors (passengers, meeters and greeters) seeking emotional and/or spiritual support. Andy also provides a link to Edmonton’s many different faith communities and is happy to help airport staff, volunteers and visitors connect with their individual faith communities.
In addition to being airport chaplain, Andy is also chaplain for the St. Albert Fire Department and is a member of the Chaplain Response Team for the City of Edmonton.
