Travellers should direct questions about entering the United States to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services section of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Located at south end on Departures Level.

Open for public inquiries from: 8:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday), 8:00 to 15:00 Saturdays, closed on Sundays and U.S. holidays.

Customs

Inquiries about taking goods and merchandise into the U.S. should be directed to the U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection. Located at the south end of the Departures Level.
